2024 - Greg Mankowski

A graduate of Aquinas College’s Sustainable Business Degree, Greg Mankowski manages operations for Organicycle, a Western Michigan food waste composing company and has a passion to advance food accessibility, sustainable land use, and innovative waste management strategies to build and strengthen a circular economy.  The Evenson Foundation Fellows award was given to recognize Mr. Mankowski’s dedication to promoting the regenerative benefits of using nature’s own mechanisms to advance the industry that turns organic refuse into healthy soil.
